Distribution of Ceiling Fans
Out of 160 fans in the college, we assessed and found that only 79 were operational. We obtained a request from the college management to provide 81 ceiling fans. Based on the request, we negotiated with leading ceiling fan manufacturers, dealers and obtained a competitive quote from leading fans dealer, Rathna Fan House located at T. Nagar, Chennai.
The college organized a handover ceremony and received the ceiling fans sponsored by Rotary Club of Madras North from Rtn. G. Vijayaraghavan, President, Rtn. Shabeer, Secretary and Rtn. Balaji Seshadri, Director-Youth Services who were representing the club.
The students thanked profusely and it was a good feeling to witness a lot of smiles. The professors thanked us during their speech and offline for creating a cool and conducive learning environment for over 2000 students.
