In connection with the Womens day celebration,Rotary E club of Chennai Shakthi conducted a Programme for the house keeping staffs and Domestic workers of Jains Ashraya , Phase-1, .Mr.Badrinath, an eminent Physiotherapist,and Chronic pain relief expert addressed and gave many tips as to how to keep themselves fit for day today life.He taught them many simple exercises which could be easily followed. They interestingly listened his advices and few of them practiced enthusiastically. It was very useful to them.At the end, health mix powder and health drink were distributed to everyone. Participants extended their gratitude for having arranged this healthy programme.
