Early Intervention in Special Education + Award
Rtn. Dr. Jayashree, the president of the Rotary Club of Chennai Bharathi and a special educator, was invited as a speaker to address the awardees and the guests on *IMPORTANCE OF EARLY INTERVENTION IS SPECIAL EDUCATION AND IDENTIFICATION STRATEGIES AT AN EARLY STAGE*. *This interactive session touched the hearts of more than 200 people*. After the session, many approached for further guidance for their children. It was a pleasure to participate in this beautiful event and receive the *THAMIZHAGATHIN NAMBIKKAI NAYAGI AWARD 2024* for service in special education.
After the session, it was beautiful to see a few Rotarians from other districts who approached to collaborate with our club. The two clubs were the Rotary Club of Vellore, with president Rtn. Bobby Kathiravan and Rtn. Madan from the Rotary Club of Mettur Dam. The two clubs discussed plans.
