18 Job aspirants (Eleven final year and seven 2nd year B Com students all part of Rotaract Club) from Government Arts and Science College participated in thought provoking discussions on October 28th, from 10am to 2pm at Unwind Learning Labs, Ekkatuthangal.
Happy that this was the first experience for the students to operate in an office environment.
As part of the ongoing efforts over the last couple of months, we were able to profile the students further today with respect to their expectations, skill gaps, internship requirements, short term and long term goals.
Jotted down action points for execution over the next 5-6 months.
We have reached a level wherein we have started concentrating and working at an individual level.
Youth Services team of RCMN is hopeful to make a difference in the lives of these students in the next 6 months.
