Distribution of Smart Vision Glasses at Kakkinada
RCME Chennai and sponsored by BPCL on 23rd January 2024. The event commenced with a warm welcome from Rtn Raman Kumar, Chairperson of Drishti, RCME Chennai, shedding light on the Drishti project and RCMEs activities. We had the honor of hosting esteemed guests: Dr. Bharathi, Rama Rao (Chairperson, Red Cross, Kakinada), Dr. Krishna Reddy, Dr. Naveen, and Dr. Koteswara Babu. Subsequently, we distributed 27 Smart Glasses to visually impaired individuals at the Red Cross Green Field for Blind School in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India, accompanied by a detailed demo from SHG Technologies Pvt Ltd that captivated all participants. The event drew participation from around 60 attendees, including students, guests, and parents
