MARAGATHA POONJOLAI
We, Rotary Club of Madras Chennapatna jointly with District 3232 and Rotary Action Group in Environment started a project named "MARAGATHA POONJOLAI" in which government land was identifyied in Wallajahpet in Vellore District to be developed as a Fruit Garden and a structure like small hamlet was constructed for women in the surrounding areas for providing Vocational Training, also this area will be maintained by Rotary for 3 years with trees, and after 3 years will be handed over to the Governement.
