ROAD SAFETY AWARENESS WEEK

As a part of the rod safety awareness week, RI District 3232 organized a road safety awareness program at three locations in Chennai ( Jeeva Park, Koyambedu bus stand, Express Avenue Mall). Rotary Club of Chennai Bharathi was delighted to participate in this awareness event at Jeeva Park. The club sponsored Rs. 3000/- towards the event. Thirty-six clubs of RI District 3232 participated in this mega event. The president of the Rotary Club of Chennai, Bharathi, represented this event with her presence at Jeeva Park.
The trans women community presented a roadshow to create awareness of road safety. This event occurred in the presence of the chief guest and district public image Chairman, Rtn. Muthusamy, district community service development Chairman, Rtn. Rajasekar. The club received a certificate of participation for this event from the district governor, AKS Rtn. Ravi Raman.
