MICHUNG FLOOD RELIEF - Project 1 - Food Distribution
As we all know, Chennai got submerged in water on December 4, 2023, as the cyclone Michung stuck her massively. Many became homeless, resulting in a lack of food and necessities. As a small effort, the members of the Rotary Club of Chennai Bharathi took a small step to support the people living in slums near Anna Arch. They were void of power and necessities. Rotary Club of Chennai Bharathi, with the help of Agathiyar Sangam, distributed food (sambar rice) to 400 slum people on December 5, 2023, at Anna Arch. The food was cooked in Ambattur in the kitchen of Agasthiyar Sangam and brought in the tempo to distribute near Anna Arch. We thank all the donors of RC Chennai Bharathi who joined hands to feed the people in need. Their smiles spoke a lot. �RCCB� Rtn. Arcchana , Rtn Rajitha, Rtn Mangala, Rtn.
