Annettes Christmas Give Away - Sevalaya Organisation
When we share more, what do we get? This is the question many of us have on our minds. Are we expecting any gift in return? Well, where there is a lot of selfless giving, it is proven that we get loads of blessings and immense soul satisfaction. When this sharing is in the form of knowledge, it becomes even more special. It was a joyous and peaceful moment as Annettes president, Akhil Srinivas, Aditya Srinivas, and his parents visited the Sevalaya campus at Thirunindravur.
Today, our Annettes have proved this by selflessly sharing their books, soft toys, board games, school bags, and board games. Annette president Akhil Srinivas and Ant. Aditya Srinivas decided to ship these items, which they benefitted from when they were in the USA. They only wanted to donate their books and toys in India as many deserving children are here.
These books were handed over to the librarian, Mr. Bhuvanesh. The books included many storybooks, novels, workbooks, learning materials, and teaching aids ranging from pre-KG to class twelve.
Different soft toys like teddy bears, Mickey, and Donald Duck were given to children from grades 1 to five. When they received them, the smiles were impeccable on their faces.
The board games included. Chess, card games, and more. It was a day well spent to celebrate Christmas. We thank Sevalaya and the management for giving this opportunity to serve.
