DIWALI WITH LEPROSY PATIENTS - Rtn Dr Renuka Ramakrishnan

Our members of RC Chennai Bharathi have been proving their kindness with their gestures and actions. Yet again, our past president and dear member, Rtn. Dr. Renuka Ramakrishnan, who is the epitome of service in our club celebrated Diwali in a unique manner.
She celebrated by donating provisions kit worth Rs. 500/kit to 43 Balarampuram Leprosy Rehabilitation Center families in Villivakkam. Each kit included 4 Kg Rice,1 Kg Sugar, 1 kg Rava,1/2 kg Atta, and 1/2 Litre oil. The total cost, including the transport, came to Rs. 22,500.
This event happened in the presence of Dr. Velmayil MPH and Rtn. Dr. Renuka Ramakrishnan. We are blessed to have you as a part of our club. Thank you for your services to these unsung heroes ailing from leprosy.
