District Holistic Wellness team and rotary club of chennai golden star had conducted a Free BMD, RBS, Hypertension, Yoga Camp today.
About 90 people got benefitted.
11 with known history of diabetes but uncontrolled sugars detected.
4 were newly detected with high blood sugars
About 23 had osteopenia, And 17 had osteoporotic tendency..
About 30 had therapeutic Yoga sessions conducted by our team member Rtn. Aruna Rajeswari
About 18 had elevated blood pressure
Health drinks were served.Suitable advises, medicines were given free of cost.
