Healers of the Mother Planet
On 16th September 2025, the Women’s Indian Association (WIA) organized a special program on Ozondi, with participation from the Department of Environment and other representatives. Rtn. Kannaki Prabakaran was the one of the speakers, delivering an insightful talk on the topic “Healers of the Mother Planet – Know Your Herb, Nourish Your Body.”
The session focused on the healing power of herbs, their role in sustaining human health, and their importance in environmental balance. The talk emphasized the connection between nature, nourishment, and wellbeing.
As part of the event, a human chain was formed to promote environmental awareness, and 32 tree saplings were planted on the same day, reinforcing the commitment to green initiatives.
