Speaker Meet - Communication Skills
VAIRAGYA is a signature project of the Rotary E-Club of Chennai Shakthi in association with Sri Shakthi Yogalaya. The aim of this project is to welcome the new year with a motto NEW ME. Participants of this VAIRAGYA have to choose their own challenges and activities they find difficult to complete. Once taking up this challenge, they must try to do those activities on a daily basis. External support and motivation will be given by our organising team. We also conduct speaker meetings on topics of prime importance which can change our lifestyle and quality of life.
