A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ON TRANSFORMING TOMORROW - Wash Project (Alathur)

Rotary Club of Madras, in collaboration with the Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology (AVIT), a constituent college of Vinayaka Missions Research Foundations, initiated the ground breaking ceremony for the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) project. This significant event took place at three schools nestled within the Chengalpattu District: Government Aadhi Dravidar Welfare Middle School in Alathur, The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished individuals, including Rtn. Ravi Sundaresan, the President of the Rotary Club of Madras (RCM); Rtn. Dr. Anuradha Ganesan, Director of Community Services at RCM and Vice President of VMRF-DU; and Rtn. Aravind Kumar Shankar, the Project Chairman. Joining them were dedicated members of the Rotary Club of Madras, with Rtn. Vishwanathan and Rtn. Gopi representing the club. In addition, Mrs. Z. Juliet, the Block Development Officer.
