Tree plantation

Rtn. Kavitha Sasikumar, President Rotary E-Club of Chennai Shakthi, recently visited Sri Lanka as a part of an initiative organized by RID 3234. During the visit, she, along with fellow Rotarians, actively participated in a meaningful Go Green initiative. The team planted 10 trees at a Government-aided school in Nedunthivu, Sri Lanka, contributing to environmental sustainability and creating awareness among the local community. This effort reflects Rotary’s commitment to protecting the planet and building a greener future. The project not only strengthened cross-border fellowship but also emphasized the importance of collective action for climate and environmental responsibility. 🌍🌱 We have planned trees in many places such as Srilanka,Namakkal, Kumizhi ,Neyveli, many places in and around chennai
