Women empowerment - panel discussion
In a world where gender equality continues to be a pressing issue, RCCS conducted a panel discussion for the Women residents of Hiranandani Upscale APts in OMR on the Unspoken Dimensions of Woman Empowerment. The Panel discussion explored various aspects including - 1)Embracing equality, Building safe spaces and preventing sexual harrassment, raising respectful boys, being oneself unapologetically etc. The session left the audience not just informed but energised, with a renewed commitment to work towards empowering more women in the society. RCCS plans to do this through the year in various communities to talk and raise awareness about these issues. The talk was attended by 40 women
