NATIONAL SPORTS DAY 29TH AUGUST
We Rotary club of madras connemara conducted Traditional Games to interact school students on occasion of National sports day. 9 school participated with nearly 94 students along with teachers and parents enjoyed the traditional games like PARAMAPADAM,PALLANKUZHI,DHAYAM,KALLANGA AND PAANDI. This event was aimed at creating awareness of these games that helps in self development physically and mentally. Chief Guest Rtn RAVI VARMA DIST CHAIRMAN FOR YOUTH SERVICE, GUEST OF HONOR RTN USHA AJIT PRASAD and SPECIAL GUEST RTN BALAMBAL who is a researcher and a passionate towards traditional games inaugurated the event .
