Breast milk awarness project
On August 1st 2023 , as part of the Breast milk feeding Awarness Week , a project was conducted by the District community Service Health and the District Maternal and Child Health Team of Rotary District 3232 in association with the Institute of Child Health ( Children’s Hospital) Egmore. Our club was one of the participating clubs. As part of the project New mothers were provided with Feeding nighties , sanitary Napkins , baby diapers and baby wipes . Each kit costs 430 Rs and 100 such kits were distributed.
