Maid to Madam
Our club conducted a Community Service Development project Under the caption, MAID to MADAM.
The project is aimed at empowering housekeeping staffs to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to make Phenol and soap oil using locally available tools and materials. This aims at imparting a useful and practical skill whereby the participants can be self-employed and can generate income for their family. This project comes under community service/vocational service/women empowerment
Rtn Senthil, Additional Chairman for Vocational Service was the chief guest for the programme. Our club President Rtn. Kannaki, Community Service Director Rtn. Arun Gunasekaran and the Vocational Service Committee Member Rtn. Kaushalya were actively involved in this project. This project was done jointly with RC Thiruvanmiyur.
