Lauch of TOLO Centre
TOLO - Take one Leave one is a social project ideated by Ms. Jaya. the concept of TOLO is to promote reading amongst young and old. TOLO centre house books where a person can walk in and take any book and leave another book behind which could benefit many. it is a process of facilitating exchange of books to promote reading amongst avid readers. we at Rotary decided to partner with her and open few centres which would aid in the same. the first such centre was launched in neelangarai .
