Comprehensive health awareness program at the Mogappair Government Girls High School
Our Community services team of Rtn. Sujata Paulose and Rtn. Priya Jagdeeshan organized a comprehensive health awareness program at the Mogappair Girls School on January 31, 2024. The event aimed to educate 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th-grade
students on personal health, hygiene, and various aspects of menstrual health. The event was planned in the auditorium of the newly inaugurated Silver Jubilee block. The Mid City team of Sujata, Priya J, Priya A and Madhuri received a rousing
reception from a jam packed hall of children. After a brief introduction, the dedicated volunteers from Anew, Magarjyothi, and Gunasundari, along with Kalaivani Ma’am, delivered an engaging talk that captivated the young audience. The key points covered during the session included the importance of maintaining personal health and hygiene, various aspects of menstrual health, significance of washing hands, etc.
